How to alter the cache settings for DNS records managed by WHM?

  1. In order to alter the cache setting for DNS records managed by WHM, you need to go for the Basic cPanel or WHM Setup. It is located under the Sever Configuration category.
  2. Here, you can find Time to Live settings. Scroll down and you will get two settings. You need to reduce the default value and then scroll down.
  3. Then you need to click on Save. With this the cache setting for DNS records will be changed.
  4. Server caches can stay there for specific time period and it will not change until that time will elapse.
