How to Disable Domain Auto-Renew

By default the domains are configured to Auto-Renew.

To disable Auto-Renew  for a domain:

  • Login to your account
  • Go to Domains
  • Find the domain name in the list and click on the drop-down arrow next to the wrench icon on the right side
  • Click on  Auto-Renewal Status  from the drop-down menu options
  • You will see the domain auto renew status and you can disable / enable it by clicking on the button (Disable Auto Renew / Enable Auto Renew)
