One of our US KVM nodes [kvm10037] is currently down.
We are investigating the issue and will update this notification once we have more info.
The issue is now resolved and the node is back online.

Mail not working cPanel server [cphost23] USA (incidente raportate)

We have checked again and it looks like the Datacenter is blocking the server's mail port out on our cPanel server in USA [cphost23.qhoster.net].
We have no idea why is this happening.
Recently we had 2 support tickets with them about this and both times they assured us, that the mail is open, but now we see this is not the case.
We have opened a 3rd ticket with them and waiting for them to resolve the situation.We will update this notification with any further details, so check this again at a later time.
