Mail not working cPanel server [cphost23] USA (Rapportert)

We have checked again and it looks like the Datacenter is blocking the server's mail port out on our cPanel server in USA [cphost23.qhoster.net].
We have no idea why is this happening.
Recently we had 2 support tickets with them about this and both times they assured us, that the mail is open, but now we see this is not the case.
We have opened a 3rd ticket with them and waiting for them to resolve the situation.We will update this notification with any further details, so check this again at a later time.
